Located on a large no wake cove just off the main lake, this is the perfect property for swimming and relaxing by the water. Relax on the expansive rear deck overlooking the lake or take a short walk to the water and the fire pit, two-slip boat house w/boat lifts, tiki bar, covered entertaining area, and uncovered sun deck. **Additional Information** - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. - Free Parking for 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) - No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking - No Pets Allowed. **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:  - $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.  - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
