Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, huge dock and boathouse, private beach, deck, porch, and grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including a playground, water toys, smart TV's, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to use a Boat or Jet Ski during your stay, you have access to a nearby boat ramp. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a washer & dryer. **Additional Information:** - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. - Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:  - $45 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.  - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
