We have ample free parking at our home for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) If there’s something you need and it’s not listed, just ask—we’re happy to help make your stay exceptional. Our fully equipped home features a gourmet kitchen with a 10-ft quartz island, stainless steel appliances, gas range, coffee bar, and all the essentials to prepare family meals. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) - 14 Adults Maximum - No Events Allowed. - No Parties Allowed. - No Outside Guests Allowed. - No Smoking Indoors. - Absolutely NO Pets Allowed because our family has pet allergies. *Pool is controlled by the community association and is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 26 years old to book, and those under 26 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options: - $40 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process. - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
