The lakeside primary bedroom suite offers his and her closets, a large vanity, a tiled shower, and direct access to the deck. If you want to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, you have easy access to a nearby boat ramp for either the public or private side of Lake Anna. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer. **Additional Information:** - Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) - No Events Allowed without specific prior approval. - No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval. **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:  - $20 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.  - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
